How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Electronic ICON- Electronics Online (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Item came earlier than expected, very well packed and as ordered. 16gb version came full of games. Unfortunately my Windows 7 pc does not appear to recognise the sd card when attached by the USB mini lead provided. A great gift for anyone into retro games (2d and portables).

i like it very much. its same size as PSP. very light. sound is loud enough. i think it contains all the games that ever came out for classic consoles. some games are not in english version.

PAP K3 is a very great handheld for the price. I found some repeating games in the 3000 list, there's also a case where it's two different versions of the same game between platforms, such as Tetris on Gameboy and Tetris on Gameboy Colour. So not quite 3000 but it did cover a very healthy selection of games and for the money, absolutely worth it. Another downside is the battery life. Do yourself a favour and upgrade the battery when you can, BP-4L is the type and you can find a High Capacity Gold battery which will give you 3030mah instead. Last downside is this new revision of the PAP K3 does not accept any computer input via USB. Meaning you can't charge and play it if connected to your computer or other such device. This might be a big blow if you're interested in customizing the PAP K3 Plus beyond adding your own games.

aparentemente funciona correctamente a falta de utilizarla mas, vienen cerca de 3000 juegos en el interior, y se pueden añadir mas via tarjeta microsd, aunque por microsd, los de neogeo y la mayoria de cps2 no funcionan, los que ya vienen preinstalados, perfectos

The parcel arrived lightning fast in less than 2 weeks (with full tracking). This is the best PAP K3 Plus version of the handheld, everything works fine (battery lasts for ~2 hours, can be played while charging). Has a lot of built-in games, also plays new games from external MicroSD card without problems (they have to be unzipped though). It has some flaws (screen viewing angles are bad, some sound emulation problems), but overall it emulates a lot of game platforms really good and is very fun to play with. All in all, it's the best Chinese knock-off handheld you can buy at the moment.

Seul bémol : l'appareil n'est pas reconnu comme périphérique USB par mon PC. mais je peux utiliser mes propres roms via la carte SD

Took just eight days to arrive in the Netherlands, nice! One of the buttons was stuck so had to unscrew and open the device to get it to work. This problem could be solved with just novice technical knowledge. The lcd panel is good and the emulation good enough (not always perfect) but can't go wrong for the price.
조작감은 별로네요. 속도는 생각보다 빠른거 같고요. 게임은 더 넣어보려고 했는데 어찌 하는지 잘모르겠네요. 마이크로sd에 게임 넣어서 실행이 가능하다는데 가지고 있는것들은 로딩 실패만 떠서 확인은 못해봤습니다.
